Accepting the terms of the submission

**Terms of Service for Performer Submissions**

By submitting your request to perform at a National Open Mic Day event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. **Submission & Processing**
- Your submission will be routed to the Ambassadors responsible for coordinating open mic events in your area.
- Submission is free, but acceptance is not guaranteed.

2. **Performance Availability & Acceptance**
- Acceptance depends on factors such as venue capacity, availability of open mic events in your area, and potential event cancellations.
- Final approval of your performance request is at the sole discretion of the venue, its management, owners, and crew.

3. **Liability & Responsibility**
- We are not responsible for your performance, any incidents that occur at the event, or any outcomes resulting from your participation.
- Any issues related to the venue, event management, or audience interactions must be handled directly with the venue and its organizers.

By submitting, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.


